Deep Clean / Initial Clean
A deep clean is designed to get your home as clean as possible, allowing extra time, attention, and elbow-grease to more thoroughly remove the dust and dirt that accumulates in overlooked or neglected areas over time. It is usually a first- or one-time service to get a home up to par before ongoing maintenance cleanings can be scheduled.
Standard Cleaning
Our standard cleaning is intended for regular maintenance to keep your home clean and healthy. It assumes a certain level of existing cleanliness and includes all items on our standard cleaning checklist.
Move In / Move Out Cleaning
Moving to a new home is an exciting but challenging time. This option would include all of the services of a standard cleaning, but would also take the time to address areas like inside the cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, window ledges, and light switches. These are the kinds of areas that must be cleaned before moving in or out, but which are not usually needed for regular maintenance. Because these things take extra time, you can expect to pay more for these services.
